The HVMS is a prototype Israeli Armored Recon that appears in Nation Pack: Israel DLC of Wargame: Red Dragon.
History[]
The program that would spawn HVMS was originally a joint project between by OTO Melara of Italy and the Israel Military Industries (IMI) to provide a fire support system for infantry support. The original program split with the Israel High-Velocity Medium Support and Italian High Velocity Gun System.
Israel originally trialled HVMS mounted in T60/70 turret on M113, but stopped at prototype period. The only service was for Chile in 1983 to upgrade M24 and M50 Super Sherman tanks.

Interestingly, the 60mm main gun of HVMS is classified as an autocannon, which may be the reason why the firing rate of 29RPM is red. This cannon has no HE Power, meaning that M113 HVMS completely lacking anti infantry capabilities.
